During our initial meeting that can be onsite or online for business digitalization or a new web project, we engage in a discussion regarding your goals and requirements. You share your ideas or any existing challenges you encounter that require optimization or resolution, and through our complimentary consulting session, we provide insightful ideas and tailored solutions aimed at achieving your objectives effectively.

For more complex projects, before finalizing our offer, we conduct a case study for a agreed price. Subsequently, we discuss it with the client, and if the case study aligns with the desired project scope, we provide a non-binding offer. In certain instances, the case study may be complimentary and included as part of our offer.

After our initial meeting, we present you with our proposal for your new project, which includes specifications or case study. We can arrange an onsite or online meeting for further adjustments to the proposal and specifications/case study. We allow for a deviation of up to 10% from the initial specification or case study during the implementation without aditional fees. Once an agreed-upon advance payment or payment for phase one is made, we proceed to the next steps.

During an onsite or online meeting, we'll outline the next steps and determine the required materials and information for project completion. If you already have all materials and content, we can incorporate them; otherwise, we can produce them (photos, videos, copywriting, etc.). Once all necessary information for your project is gathered, we move forward to the next stage. If we don't have all materials we can start making your project with "dummy data" and put real content afterwards.

We create wireframes, which are visual representations or blueprints detailing the layout of a website or application. These wireframes outline the fundamental structure and functionality of the interface, omitting design elements such as colors, fonts, or images. They are particularly useful for more complex projects. Following the completion of the wireframe, we hold another meeting to discuss it and make any desired changes. After successfull meeting we proceed to next phase.

In this phase, we develop a mockup, providing a static representation of your new project. It includes 'dummy data' or real data if available at this stage.

At this meeting, either in person or online, we discus the finished mockup. If everyone's happy, we go to the next step; if not, we make changes. Our first offer lets you change the mockup three times. This part is really important because if we need to make changes in mockup in next steps, it might take longer to finish the project and maybe cost more because aditional programming or re-programming is required. Mockup is build on HTML/CSS/JS technology or in some cases we provide you with photos of mockup and than develop it.

We bring the static mockup to life by creating a dynamic prototype. This involves building a database, CMS system, backend functionality, and necessary calculations, and connecting the frontend with the backend. Once this phase is completed, you can interact with the functional product. We develop it on our development server, accessible via a testing subdomain for viewing.

We review the built prototype, integrating desired changes or additional functionalities that adhere to a 10% deviation from the initial offer/specifications. If changes exceed this limit, we furnish you with a cost estimate. Additionally, we discuss the initial content to be included in the project. If we are responsible for producing content, we showcase the produced materials. Following a successful meeting and any required adjustments, we proceed to the next phase

We populate the prototype with initial content. Alternatively, if we're conducting a redesign of an existing application, we can seamlessly migrate it to the new web/application. After reviewing content with client we can proceed to next phase.

Now that we have a fully functional project with initial content, we review it with the client and make any necessary minor adjustments. Once finalized, the project can be deployed to the production server after the remaining project cost or phase payment has been made. You are lifetime owner of your project and we don't charge you with licence fees etc. Only if project is using 3rd party services ( etc. AI, 3D frameworks, enterprise CMS systems ) we charge you for that or you can pay them directly.

For applications, we provide client training on how to use them effectively. For web projects, we educate clients on tasks such as content population, block placement adjustments, menu modifications, and more. Additionally, we offer content population services for web projects if needed.

We provide free support and hosting on our dedicated server next 6 months after project completion. After the expiration of 6 months price for our support is defined in initial offer.
