Codevision engineered a payment processing system for Obord, an agency specializing in organizing educational excursions for children. This custom-built system is designed to simplify the creation of payment slips and remittance advice with HUB 3 barcodes, facilitating a smooth transaction process for parents.
Advanced Payment Tracking
At the core of the system is a dynamic interface that tracks and categorizes transactions. It meticulously sorts payments into various states: unpaid, paid, partially paid, incorrectly referenced, and duplicate transactions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial operations.
Barcode payment slips generation
Programmatic generation of BARCODE HUB3 payment slips involves creating a system that can automatically generate payment slips with the HUB3 standard barcodes.
Bank Statement Integration
The system boasts seamless integration with bank statements, automatically synchronizing with incoming funds. This feature allows for real-time financial oversight, aligning bank transactions with the corresponding payment categories within the system.
Invoice Generation
